Can I bring my dog with me?

Owners of holiday home caravans and tourers are welcome to bring well behaved dogs at no extra charge. We ask that you keep your dog on a lead. Dogs are not permitted at Kingsley Holiday Park.

Dogs are welcome to accompany you in our selected 'dog-friendly' holiday homes at Elie, St Andrews and St Monans Holiday Parks and at the Robinson Crusoe Retreat Cottages in Lower Largo. A supplement of £30 per holiday, per dog applies. Please see booking terms & conditions.

Is there WiFi available?

Free WiFi is available at Ruddons Bar (Elie Holiday Park) and The Braes Bar and Restaurant (St Andrews Holiday Park).

Guests staying at Robinson Crusoe's Retreat Cottages in Lower Largo and in holiday homes and lodges at St Andrews Holiday Park can also enjoy WiFi for free.

Tent and touring caravan guests at St Andrews Holiday Park can enjoy WiFi for a small charge.

What are the arrival and checkout times?

Cottages, lodges and holiday homes

Your accommodation will be ready from 4pm on your arrival day, but you are more than welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy the on-park facilities. On the day of your departure we ask that you to vacate your accommodation by 10am.

Touring pitches

Your pitch will be ready from 12noon on your arrival day, but you are more than welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy the on-park facilities. On the day of your departure we ask that you to vacate your pitch by 11am. 

What months are the holiday parks open?

Holiday Parks in Scotland

For holiday home owners, our holiday parks open on 21st March and close on 30th November. Our holiday accommodation and touring pitches (including seasonal touring pitches) are available between 21st March and 31st October. Selected ranges of holiday accommodation at Elie and St Andrews Holiday Parks are open until 30th November.

Holiday Parks in Wales

Our holiday parks in Wales are exclusive to holiday home owners. Parks open on 21st March and close on 31st October.
