We are looking to add a seasonal receptionist to our team at Elie Holiday Park. Hours per week are up to 40. You will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service and communication whilst providing a professional and supportive persona. A flexible approach to work and ability to work as part of a team or on your own are essential.
- Maintain consistently high levels of communication and customer service.
- Maintain holiday home owner’s accounts on the in-house computer database.
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries.
- The booking of holiday accommodation.
- Running check-in reports for the housekeeping team.
- Ensure cheques and the PDQ machine is reconciled on a daily basis.
- General clerical duties.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 9 months
Salary: £10.45 per hour
- 8 hour shift
