Kitchen Assistant- Elie

We are recruiting Kitchen Assistants for seasonal positions at Elie Holiday Park. Preparing deserts, operating the dishwasher and basic food preparation for the Head Chef are just some of the duties expected. The position will be available through to mid-November.

About the Role

The successful Kitchen Assistant will work in the kitchen at Elie Holiday Park.

Job Purpose

The Kitchen Assistant will provide assistance to the chef’s during busy service in the kitchen.

Main Responsibilities

You will deal politely with all colleagues, holiday homeowners and guests, be always of smart appearance and wear the uniform provided by the Company.

The Kitchen Assistant will be directly concerned with, but not limited to, the following:

Operating the dishwasher and replacing the items in their place of storage.
Preparing deserts.
Providing basic Food Preparation assistance to the Chef’s.
Assisting with deliveries.
Serving customers at the takeaway.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and takeaway areas.

Full-time position: up to 40 hours per week

Part-time position: 16 - 24 hours per week

20 years and over £12.90 per hour.

18 - 20 years £10.90

Under 18 years £8.35 per hour.

We are recruiting Food & Beverage Servers for seasonal positions to work a variety of shifts at St Andrews Holiday Park.

Delivering high standard of serving food and drinks, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and having good communication with the kitchen are just some of the key responsibilities needed to join the team. The position will be available through to mid-November.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Contract length: 9 months

Pay: Up to £12.90 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week

Food and Beverage Servers- Elie

Delivery Driver (Papa John’s)

We are looking to add to our team of delivery drivers at our Papa John’s store located on St Andrews Holiday Park.

Using your own vehicle you will deliver to the town of St Andrews and the surrounding area. The rates of pay are: Age 20 and over £12.75 / hour. Age 18-19 £10.90 / hour. Plus either £1.50 or £2.00 is paid per drop depending on the location of the deliver.

Our vacancies are predominantly evenings and weekends. You will need to have access to your own vehicle, have held a full driving licence for one year and be fully insured, Taxed and MOT'd.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: £10.90-£12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

St. Andrews: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Food preparation: 1 year (preferred)

Team Member Papa John's

We are looking to add to our in-store team at our Papa John’s store located on St Andrews Holiday Park.

So, if you fancy making some delicious pizza’s then get in touch. Previous experience is not required as full training is provided but would be an advantage.

The rates of pay: Age 20 and over £12.75 / hour. Age under 20 £10.90 / hour.

Part time positions available with hours to suit including weekend working.

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: Up to £12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
